Head Banger
Please tell me I’m not the only one who has ever done this… 😉
Even the most simplest exercises are easy to get lost in. Learning to climb the pole gracefully sometimes feels so challenging…

I still can’t climb to the top! I’m learning, but I guess this will happen to me someday haha
ALL THE TIME. At 5’9″ I only get two, some times three, climbs in before I reach the top of the pole, and it somehow always gets there faster than I expect!
Every time I train at home. One decent climb = bang head.
hhahahahaha nice one but it didnt happen to me. I’m short 154 Cm n my pole is 3.5 M almost 11 ft…so i can climb as much as I can do 4 to 5 climbs 🙂 wish if i experience that
not yet but as soon as i have it installed in my house i know its just a matter of time 😛 Btw best wishes from spain!!
This is at my friends house, her pole is in the basement and she doesn’t even have to use any extensions on her xpole. There’s really no climbing at all, you just stand on the pole and you’re there!
The worst thing is, my pole is kept in my room, which is fairly small, so I not only did this, but I also cracked my head on the glass light fitting. Thankfully there wasn’t any smashing involved.
Ack!!! I’m glad you’re okay Jessica! That’s the worst! I used to have a chandelier near my pole… I couldn’t climb or invert the last two feet in fear of hitting it. 🙁
LOL Never happened with me… yet but it surprises me every time how short my pole at home when I start to climb. 😀
