Sick of the Sickle


The sickle foot is my worst enemy! Somehow, whenever I’m dancing and doing static spins, my extended foot will ALWAYS sickle! As if subconsciously, that extra bend will help keep my foot from hitting the ground. So strange, isn’t it? I have to be 100% aware of my ankles at all times if I want to keep them straight. Anyone else with this problem?
