Getting through a sprained tendon is pretty boring. I overworked my wrist from doing pole, drawing and work and now I have to keep off it. This really sucks.
I’m two weeks into this and my wrist still can’t bear my weight. It’s better, but not perfect. To say the least, it’s discouraging but I’m finding ways to keep practicing with my good arm. (Which is my left — the weak side.)
I’ll get back up there as soon as I can. Never give up!
