Getting through a sprained tendon is pretty boring. I overworked my wrist from doing pole, drawing and work and now I have to keep off it. This really sucks.
I’m two weeks into this and my wrist still can’t bear my weight. It’s better, but not perfect. 🙁 To say the least, it’s discouraging but I’m finding ways to keep practicing with my good arm. (Which is my left — the weak side.)
I’ll get back up there as soon as I can. Never give up!
